At this time PLUMKIDS LABEL is not able to offer returns or exchanges. However, if your item has manufacturer's defect upon arrival, please immediately contact our customer service at plumkidsfashion@gmail.com to report an issue. Please have your order number, detailed description of what is defective, how you purchased your item, and picture with full view of the product attached. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to report the problem in order to qualify for a refund. NO REFUNDS passed 30 days. We may ask that product be returned. Please make sure it is in the original packaging, with all tags attached, unworn, and unwashed. We do not refund/exchange items that have been purchased at stores that stock up on our items.

COSTS FOR RETURN

PLUMKIDS LABEL is not responsible for shipping costs that may occur regarding the return of a product. WE will make reasonable efforts to refund for returned products (subject to the conditions detailed above) as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after we receive the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note that shipping, additional duties, taxes or any additional charges will not be refunded by PLUMKIDS LABEL. ONLY the portion of purchased items is refundable.
