We make every effort to fulfill your orders as soon as they are received, depending on the ongoing volumes. If you purchase express shipping, please note this DOES NOT speed up the processing time of your order, only the shipping time. Shipping during normal times ( holiday season excluded), to local addresses (Edmonton and area), take approximately between 2-5 business days, within Canada it may take anywhere between 10-14 business days, and to US  between 12-15 business days depending on customs and your local carrier. International shipments may take as long as 30 business days based on your destination and selected shipping method. You will be provided with a more accurate time-frame upon checkout. Please note that your order confirmation does not mean item has been shipped yet. If you purchased shipping method that includes tracking number, you will be receiving an email from us once shipping label has been created to inform you that your item/s are on the way. If you haven’t purchased shipping method that includes tracking, you will only be receiving order confirmation as soon as you place your order and no further shipping information will be forthcoming. We strongly advise that you purchase shipping method that includes tracking. Dispatch and delivery times are based on estimation only and are not guaranteed.

Please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of orders shipped outside of Canada. Such duties and taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the customs authority of your destination country and depend on a number of factors such as country of origin of the purchased product, local vat rates and local import taxes. It will be your responsibility to pay them if and when asked to by your local authorities.

For certain shipping methods, however, we may be able to support calculation and pre-payment of such duties and taxes. Shipping methods that support pre-payment of duties and taxes will be marked as such during checkout, so you can easily identify them.

PLÜMKIDS label is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed packages caused by matters not under its full direct control, including without limitation due to destination customs clearance processes, delays caused by the shipping company etc.

Availability

The inventory of all items offered on the site is limited and it is possible that at the time of purchase the requested item will not be available. PLÜMKIDS label reserves the right to change and/or remove the list of items offered for purchase or close the site’s online store at any time and at its sole discretion and nothing herein shall be deemed as an obligation to offer any items for sale.

PLÜMKIDS label will make reasonable efforts to dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and the approved orders shall be dispatched in the order that they have been received. Please note that garments may sell out during the shopping session, and stock availability will be updated once you reach the checkout.

If delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be fully dispatched or only partially due to the goods not being in stock or other reasons, PLÜMKIDS label will make reasonable efforts to inform the consumer about this as quickly as possible. In this case, the consumer will be given the option to terminate the agreement, free of charge. In the case of termination in accordance with this paragraph, PLÜMKIDS label will refund the consumer with the sum paid, at the latest within 30 days after termination. The place of delivery is deemed to be the address that the consumer makes known to PLÜMKIDS label at the time of registration and/or placing the order.

Free local pick up is available by using code FREEYEG. This code is available ONLY if you are available to pick up your order in St. Albert, AB. We will be in contact with you to arrange time and pick up location, on work days between 9am - 5pm. Pick up location- St.Albert.
